Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached and uncut, and free from any smell, stains, perfume.

Exchanges
Regular-price items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability. Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns; exchanges may be offered subject to availability.

Refunds & Shipping
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and all return/exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong or a clearly defective item, return it to the courier immediately upon delivery or contact us within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to availability.
