At Gouden, every piece is inspected and packed with care. To maintain quality standards and prevent misuse, the following policy applies strictly to all orders.

Return & Exchange Timing

  • Returns and Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us on instagram @gouden or email gouden.eg@gmail.com

Eligibility Conditions

Items must strictly be:

  • Unworn & unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached and uncut
  • Free from any smell, stains, perfume, or signs of use

Items that fail any of the above will be automatically rejected.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color (subject to availability)
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Sale Items

  • All sale or discounted items are final sale
  • They are not eligible for returns
  • Exchanges may be allowed only if stock is available

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong or clearly defective item:

  • Return it to the courier immediately at delivery OR contact us within the exchange window
  • A replacement or exchange will be arranged depending on availability

Shipping Costs

  • All return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Care Responsibility

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including:

  • Washing with bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Incorrect washing methods
  • Heat damage from drying or ironing
